Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for a Vendor Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Branch and other managers to help define and implement our vendor strategy.

If you have previous experience as a Vendor Analyst or Vendor Manager, enjoy working with numbers, excel at building strong relationships, and are comfortable working on international projects—read on, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What would be your main tasks?

Manages vendors in accordance with defined procedures.

Develops and maintains cooperation with vendors confirmed by the Group.

Implements a vendor selection program with the aim of ensuring the engagement of optimal vendors.

Monitors ongoing projects and their procurement status throughout the year.

Prepares business requirements for procurement department and issue Purchase Orders (POs).

Maintains an up-to-date registry of procurement/business needs and contracts.

Collaborates with Accounting and Controlling departments to align invoicing processes and provide financial inputs for annual budgeting and planning.

Be responsible for the local implementation of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Proposes improvements in order to improve work with vendors.

Performs other tasks in accordance with the instructions and orders of superiors.

Act as a backup Administrative Coordinator during a colleague’s absence, ensuring continuity in office and administrative support tasks.
