Raw Material Supply Chain Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Execution of Raw Material (corn) contracts (logistic – invoice – payment)
Organize logistic for corn inbound to TBL (trucks / trains)
Monitor & maintain SAP system for corn inbound (record orders, check deliveries, list of trucks / trains, control payments)
Maintain corn invoices flow (delivery – supplier – TBL – GSS)
Administration of Quality Certificates and checking if quality requirements are met by suppliers.
Maintain the inter-department communication, especially with the quality, finance and production departments (corn silo-operators).
Cooperation with Global Shared Service in the matter of SAP Master Data & payments.
Ensure and maintain T&L’s standard of trading, quality and responsibility (see BI Raw Mat Policy).
Assist Raw Material Purchasing Manager where needed.
Execute safety audits on site
Execute corn supplier audits or the third party storage facilities related to ISO.
