O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative to support our OEM sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks. In this role, you will work and closely engage with Sales teams, internal stakeholders and external customers and Lenovo Business Partners. Your main goal is to increase customer satisfaction by minimizing escalations and improve customer experience with Lenovo. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with professional communication skills, able to work independently and driven for results. Due to cooperation with various cultures, we are looking for an open-minded, proactive person who is willing to take ownership and contribute to the profit of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with assigned Sales Representatives to manage quote renewals, ensuring smooth approvals and accurate pricing.
- Manage contracts and catalogs - from creation to maintenance.
- Support sales productivity with administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Own escalation management, prioritizing requests to keep things running efficiently.
- Collaborate with key departments (Pricing, CF, COR, Product Team) to streamline operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected business partners and end customers, addressing a range of pre- and post-sales inquiries.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with expertise in satisfaction and escalation management.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- German language is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Level)
- Experience with Sales processes and back-office administration
