##Key Duties of Security Monitoring Operator##
- Handle basic security monitoring tasks and simple analyses, with support from more experienced teammates.
- Talk to customers and follow the usual communication guidelines.
- Get to know ESET XDR tools and the internal systems we use.
- Join threat‑hunting activities, follow given steps, and note down your findings.
- Help prepare reports based on instructions from senior colleagues.
- Keep learning new things and stay up to date with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Jump in on other tasks your manager needs help with as part of the team’s daily work.

##Our requirements##
- Willingness to cover mainly evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Full‑time university student in Information Security or another IT‑related field
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in an IT field is an advantage
- Fundamental understanding of Windows/Linux systems and their inner workings.
- Knowledge of computer networks (IP address, ports, protocols, MAC address, etc.)
- Strong interest in learning new things in the field of cybersecurity
- Responsibility and ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset with acute attention to detail.
