Plant Quality Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an exceptional Quality Manager to lead our JIT Quality department in our new Just In Time Manufacturing Facility near Bratislava region (Plavecky Stvrtok). The role will involve complete seat launches for prestigious German OEM Customer Group.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager will be entrusted with ensuring that daily quality targets are completed within agreed timeframes and to customer specification standards. There will be a focus on developing current quality tools and continuous improvement as well as planning and organizing the daily performance of the quality area in line with company global strategy.

As a Quality Manager, your duties may include (but not be limited to)
• Implement and maintain World Class Quality Systems within the plant.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring all requirements are represented.
• Report quality results to relevant stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure product quality is protected throughout the process and no defects are passed forward.
• Collaborate with internal quality teams to maintain supplier quality performance.
• Support the launch of new programs in line with Lear Corporation’s targets.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical discipline.
• Proven experience at a similar level within a Tier 1 automotive supplier (essential).
• Experience in JIT/JIS environments is a strong advantage.
• Experience with launching of new projects
• Ability to lead and motivate team effectively.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Slovak (mandatory).
