Senior Project & Account Manager

Our Global Account and Project Management team is currently looking for a Senior Account & Project Manager to support its growing client portfolio. In this role, you will become a trusted partner for key international clients, leading complex projects from planning to successful delivery while ensuring outstanding service quality and long-term relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client projects, from planning to execution and successful implementation, including technology and integration-related solutions
• Manage international and cross-country projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and clear accountability
• Build strong long-term partnerships with key clients, act as their trusted advisor, and oversee onboarding, service reviews, and high-quality ongoing cooperation
• Analyze client needs, challenge assumptions, and design practical, scalable solutions that bring real business value
• Guide clients through transitions, transformations, and change initiatives with confidence and professionalism
• Oversee service quality in day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for growth, continuous improvement, and expansion of cooperation
• Monitor project and account financials, ensure billing accuracy, manage risks, and support commercial targets
• Support less experienced colleagues, share know-how, and contribute to a high-performing and positive team environment

• Previous experience in a senior role within outsourcing, consulting, or client/project management, with interest in business operations, client success, and team leadership, is highly valued
