• Maintain and update project master data in the ERP, ensuring accuracy of planned values in coordination with project managers.

• Review and analyze monthly project performance, including costs vs. budget, accruals/deferrals, and financial adjustments.

• Coordinate monthly invoicing and support control of accounts payable, receivable, and manhour bookings.

• Provide analysis and reporting to support project managers in financial decision-making.

• Oversee controlling activities for projects in the warranty phase.

• Higher financial/controlling/accounting education
• Previous experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Expertise in excel, experience with project modules of ERP systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop, proactive approach to problem solving.
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills across all business levels; basic project management skills are desirable.
