As our Front Office Shift Leader, you won't just manage a shift — you'll set the tone, inspire your teammates, and create memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the anchor of our Front Office Manager and her Team — the go-to person your team looks up to and our guests rely on.

• Lead and supervise the morning/afternoon FO shift with confidence

• Train new team members with special care, patience and confidence

• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations

• Welcome guests with warmth and handle their requests with care

• Stay on top of room status and availability at all times

• Handle incoming reservations and ensure accurate shift closing

• Keep the communication log updated and pass on key info to the next shift

• Upsell hotel services — including our food & beverage offerings — to enhance the guest experience

• Step up in challenging situations and handle them with a calm, leader's approach

• Mentor and support new team members in their onboarding journey

• Be the ultimate ambassador of hotel knowledge — know every service, every facility, every detail

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What We're Looking For

You're our ideal candidate if you:

• Speak English fluently (additional languages are a big plus!)

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Agent, or at least 1 year as a Front Office Shift Leader — this is a must

• Are fully comfortable with OPERA PMS - this is also a must

• Can confidently operate front desk technology, hotel alarm systems, and related equipment

• Have a secondary school education (A-levels or equivalent) — a degree in hospitality, management, or a related field is a bonus

• Are a natural people person — warm, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Feel good around people in super dynamic environment

• Like teaching others and passing on professional skills
