Digital Client Partner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Digital Client Partner you will be responsible for the relationship

and Consulting Sales efforts of our existing customers within EMEA region.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals

• Facilitate efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions team

• Introduce new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, ensuring they remain informed about the latest enhancements and releases

• Create long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develop reference ability within the install base

• Conduct account and territory planning

• Generate leads through social selling and leveraging one's network

• Follow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory

What you will likely bring:

• Ability to travel

• Proven presentation and demonstration skills

• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently

• 2+ years of ERP experience

• 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)

• 2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of consistent quota attainment

• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Applicable experience with a demonstrated record of success.

• 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology industries is preferred.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant technical certifications.
