We are looking for individuals who want to achieve great things with us, and we are happy to reward that accordingly. For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at € 2.200,- (fulltime) plus a performance-based bonus and numerous benefits. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are happy to agree on a higher salary in the interview.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Using our strong network in the industry, you identify new opportunities and turn them into qualified sales opportunities:
- Conduct market, company and stakeholder research and execute targeted lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars and events while deriving valuable market & customer insights.
- Qualify potential customers by analyzing interests, engagement and specific business needs.
- Build a high-quality sales pipeline and hand over qualified opportunities to our sales team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Completed degree (Business, Engineering) or a related field.
- Initial experience in Sales Development or a comparable environment (e.g. online sales).
- Analytical mindset, passion for research and confidence in using digital channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Initiative, curiosity and an interest in leveraging automation and AI to drive efficiency and growth.
- Very good German and English skills (B2).
