Maintenance Technician Abroad – Belgium

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Breakdown analysis

- Respond immediately to machine breakdowns and other equipment faults.
- When necessary, cooperate with the Maintenance Coordinator to identify and implement suitable solutions.
- Record completed interventions and solutions in the maintenance logbook.

Use technical expertise to continuously improve production processes and maintenance activities.

- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Perform maintenance of production equipment, machinery, buildings, and technical facilities to ensure continuous production operations.
- Carry out general maintenance work and keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Follow established maintenance procedures and company maintenance guidelines.
- Perform maintenance activities according to technical manuals and work instructions.
- Propose and develop improvement ideas for equipment and maintenance processes.
- Strictly comply with health and safety regulations.
- Report completed maintenance tasks to the Maintenance Coordinator.

- Experience with and knowledge of maintenance management software
- Experience with and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Willingness and ability to work in a two-shift operation or on a permanent night shift
- Willingness to work overtime and occasionally during weekends
- Languages: Dutch – very good level / English – good level / German – an advantage
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, MP2
- Thorough knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC S7 (TIA Portal)
- Knowledge of ABB programming is an advantage
- A forklift licence and/or licence to operate an aerial work platform is an advantage.
