You will drive daily operations, optimize processes, support future growth through continuous improvement, and lead a motivated production team toward shared success.

Your role:

• Leading, planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day production operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Inventory
• Plan and direct needed investments to improve productivity and provide production capacity consistent with sales volume objectives and support manufacturing strategy
• Eliminate wastes, improve cycle times, reduce thru-put times in production
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Process optimizations, procedures and instruction updates in alignment with the Engineering Department

Your expertise:

• Related to Production management
• Process and Product oriented
• Technique: Verbal communication skills, Reporting skills, Lean skills
• Team lead
• Language: English (Basic in reading, technical writing and speaking)
• Calculation for production
• Tool: Basic knowledge of MS office, ERP System
• Other capabilities: Develop/maintain relationships, apply principles of team building
• Problem solving
