O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local IT Coordination
    Serve as the primary contact for 1st‑level IT support, overseeing IT equipment, managing inventories, and coordinating purchases.

  • Independent Procurement & Contract Management
    Lead the procurement of PCs, laptops, office supplies, and other essentials. Conduct supplier research, negotiate contracts, and handle full administrative documentation.

  • Invoice Management Across CEE
    Approve and process invoices for all CEE branch offices efficiently and accurately.

  • Contract Administration
    Maintain clear evidence and tracking of customer and partner contracts, including timely document uploads into internal systems.

  • Facility Management for Slovakia & CEE
    Coordinate office operations, manage relationships with landlords and external service providers, and ensure smooth office functioning across the region.

  • HSEQ Coordination
    Act as the point of contact for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality topics. Promote a strong safety culture and support HSEQ initiatives.

  • Internal Audit & Compliance Interface
    Coordinate and plan audits such as Energy, ISO, and ECO audits, acting as the key liaison with internal LANXESS stakeholders.

  • Support for Global & Regional Initiatives
    Drive engagement in company-wide programs including Performance Culture, Safety Day, and other HQ-led activities.

  • Event Management for All CEE Branches
    Organize various employee events and engagement activities: Healthy Summer, Performance Culture Day, Health Day, team events, sports events, and more.

  • Gifts & Promotional Items
    Manage seasonal gifting, giveaways, photo shoots, and branded materials throughout the year.

  • Travel Agency Coordination
    Act as the main contact for the corporate travel agency and support portal administration.


Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • A Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a administrative, marketing position 3-5 years
