The team also consults with the wider HR community and other business functions on the system implementation of reorganisations, making it a central and highly connected function within the organisation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with HR teams across the globe, collaborate within a multinational team, deepen your knowledge of Swiss Re’s organisational management, gain valuable exposure in the local Bratislava office, and work with a range of HR systems.
