IT Product Service Owner – Adobe Creative Cloud & Firefly

As an IT Product / Service Owner for Adobe Creative Cloud and Firefly, you will own and drive the end-to-end delivery, operation, and evolution of enterprise creative and generative AI services.

You will act as the central interface between business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Sales) and IT, ensuring that Adobe-based solutions deliver maximum value, innovation, and compliance across the organization.

You will be part of a global IT Customer & Marketing Platforms team, shaping modern digital content creation ecosystems powered by Adobe technologies.

Task and Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Adobe Creative Cloud and Firefly services, including strategy, delivery, operations, and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding all service, technical, and innovation topics related to Adobe solutions
• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and Adobe innovation cycles (e.g., AI-driven content generation)
• Drive adoption and enablement of Creative Cloud and Firefly capabilities across global teams
• Coordinate implementation and integration of Adobe services within the enterprise IT landscape (e.g., identity, DAM, CMS, marketing platforms) as well as third party AI models
• Lead release planning and change management, ensuring smooth rollouts of new Adobe features and updates
• Oversee incident, problem, and service management in line with ITIL best practices
• Manage and collaborate with external vendors and Adobe partners
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies, especially related to generative AI usage
• Drive innovation use cases leveraging Firefly (e.g., AI-generated assets, automated workflows, content scaling)
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and user satisfaction to continuously optimize the platform

Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

Education:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with SaaS platforms, ideally Adobe ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly, Experience Cloud is a plus)
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (e.g., Azure), integrations, and APIs
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of digital content workflows, asset management, and marketing technologies
• Familiarity with AI / generative AI tools and governance is highly desirable
• Experience in requirement engineering and product backlog management
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration

Non-Technical Skills:

• Strong product ownership mindset with a focus on delivering business value
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments
• High degree of customer orientation and problem-solving ability
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
