Sales Agent – Polish Market (Excellent Polish Required)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a sales agent, your primary responsibility will be generating revenue and expanding our customer base in Poland. You will identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong business relationships, and negotiate and close sales deals.

The position is based in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with active outreach and communication directed toward customers in Poland.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally with exposure to the Polish market

• Basic technical understanding to effectively present our products and services

• Ability to understand and read technical drawings (prints), understand basic machining technologies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

• Understanding of the Polish market, including cultural and business practices

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

• Willingness to travel when required
