We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our Group Security Management team and help design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, business processes, and enterprise technology. You will collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across Security, Resilience, Risk, and Assurance functions to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and support business-critical processes.
This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks, and enterprise AI platforms, while shaping how AI is responsibly and sustainably adopted in a highly regulated environment.

Main responsibilites:
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting Security, Risk, Resilience, and Assurance processes
- Translate business requirements and process challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows and intelligent solutions
- Develop and maintain AI-powered workflows across enterprise platforms and data ecosystems
- Build decision-support capabilities based on trusted enterprise data, metadata, and integration layers
- Establish testing, validation, monitoring, and quality assurance practices for AI models and outputs
- Support AI model lifecycle management, including performance tracking, regression testing, and drift detection
- Ensure AI-generated recommendations and workflow outcomes remain explainable, traceable, secure, and auditable
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to drive AI adoption and innovation
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to identify new opportunities and best practices
- Contribute to the development of sustainable AI capabilities that remain adaptable and independent of specific models or vendors

The final salary will be determined based on the role’s complexity and the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Must-have
- Proven senior/expert experience in designing, building and operating enterprise AI solutions, AI-supported workflows or intelligent automation in a professional environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, modern AI engineering patterns, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling and AI orchestration
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI, Copilot Studio and AI solutions built on governed enterprise data, metadata layers, APIs and integration platforms
- Experience with Databricks or comparable enterprise data platforms as a foundation for governed data access, workflow execution and analytical/AI use cases
- Hands-on experience building AI-supported workflows for guided decision support, process execution, orchestration, human-in-the-loop control points, traceability and logging
- Experience with model lifecycle management and AI evaluation, including validation datasets, regression testing, quality monitoring, performance monitoring, drift detection, groundedness, robustness and safety
- Experience with REST APIs, secure integration patterns, CI/CD, versioning, testing, monitoring, logging and operational maintenance for AI-enabled applications or workflows
- Ability to translate requirements provided by process owners into technical AI solution designs, implementation-ready user stories and maintainable workflow logic
- Strong documentation skills for model behaviour, data sources, prompts/tools, test evidence, limitations, operational monitoring and change history, combined with the ability to continuously adapt to evolving AI technologies in a controlled, governed and auditable enterprise environment

Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of GRC, risk, controls, compliance, operational resilience, BIA, ICS or audit processes
- Experience in regulated financial services or insurance
- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, model registries, model deployment workflows or production AI monitoring
- Knowledge of, or certification in, an information security, cyber security, AI governance or risk management framework
Experience with one or more of the following:
- SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Query or ETL tools
- Azure AI Search, vector databases / vector indexes, semantic search or knowledge retrieval
- Knowledge graphs or graph-based relationship modelling
- AI red teaming, hallucination testing, bias/fairness checks or AI security testing
- Process modelling tools / BPM platforms, e.g. ADONIS or comparable tools
