​Become a part of Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUA) team based in Bratislava and perform the role of DUA Business Partner including involvement in business-as-usual activities across multiple underwriting classes and be the main day to day touchpoint across a select lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct the role of DUA Business Partner in being the main point of contact and escalation point for Underwriting teams 
• Perform day-to-day DUA activities connected to diligence of new and renewal contracts, contract and documentation reviews, audits and cooperation with other client stakeholders 
• Govern and support the audit process with the third-party vendors and participate in processes connected to audit scheduling, scoping, invoicing, report reviewing, analyzing and findings & recommendations submission with stakeholder follow ups according to agreed KPIs.
• Maintain and build relationships by organizing and leading face to face and remote meetings with internal and external stakeholder
• Operate Delegated workflows and assigned end-to-end tasks
• Provide training to the existing team to support learning and development
• Support core projects within DUA team and the wider Underwriting Operations team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant (re)insurance industry experience, ideally related to delegated underwriting authority business;

- Ability to work flexibly to complete duties of the role, particularly during peak underwriting periods;

- Proven ability to prioritize and organize effectively, and work with speed and accuracy, particularly under pressure and as a part of a cross-functional team;

- Experience supporting work allocation and working to SLAs/tight deadlines;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams;

- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and solutions to improve delegated underwriting performance and operational efficiency.

Nice to have:

- Contractual review skills with some legal background is welcome;
