Operational Controller (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As an Operational Controller, you will play a key role in shaping financial performance within our manufacturing operations in Považská Bystrica, Slovakia. Your insights will directly influence cost optimization, investment decisions, and sustainable growth across the plant.

You will act as a trusted partner to production leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable guidance. By connecting numbers to real operational impact, you help drive smarter decisions every day.

This is an opportunity to grow your finance expertise in an international environment, while contributing to continuous improvement and stronger financial awareness across the organization.

This position is available as a temporary cover for a project assignment and is offered on a fixed-term basis (12–18 months).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis to ensure clear visibility of plant performance and KPIs
• Partner with operations leaders to identify cost drivers and enable cost optimization initiatives
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for your area to support accurate planning and decision-making
• Evaluate investments and cost-saving projects to ensure strong financial returns
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and recommend actions to improve results

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in financial controlling within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
• Ability to communicate insights clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
• Confidence in working with data, deadlines, and dynamic priorities
