Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Are you fluent in German and English and looking for a smart career move in finance? Start your finance career in a global e-commerce environment in Bratislava.
You will gain hands-on experience with real financial processes, work with international vendors, use your language skills every day, and build valuable experience that can open doors to future roles in finance, operations, shared service centres, or global corporations.
This is not a routine accounting position. It is a dynamic finance operations role where you will solve real business issues, communicate with vendors, analyse data, and help improve financial processes.You will work with vendor accounts and help ensure that payments, statements, and financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Investigating and resolving accounts receivable discrepancies, including vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays, and open items
- Reconciling vendor statements against internal ledgers
- Communicating with vendors by email and phone in German and English
- Building professional relationships with vendors and supporting vendor satisfaction
- Cooperating with internal teams across finance, retail, and operations
- Working with Excel reports, reconciliations, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and financial data
- Participating in vendor meetings and helping maintain clear communication
- Taking ownership of assigned vendor accounts
- Supporting process improvements and scalable financial solutions

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- German language: upper-intermediate level, B2 or higher
- English language: upper-intermediate level, B2 or higher
- Basic understanding of debit and credit accounting principles
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with reconciliations, finance, accounts receivable, or customer/vendor communication is an advantage
- Good Microsoft Excel skills; PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions are a plus
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with vendors
- Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
