Your tasks:

• Lead the dedicated banking consulting team, taking accountability for delivery quality, team performance and professional development across multiple client engagements, i.e. creating of target operating models, system migrations, process improvements, change management, creating business strategies, IT architecture, software implementation, etc.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of dedicated projects, ensuring professional development of all team members by utilizing Synpulse’s wide range of development opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to banking clients, understanding their strategic vision and translating business needs into implementable, value-driven solutions
• Ensure excellence in project execution, actively contributing to delivery while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and clients/stakeholder expectations within all project phases
• Analyze clients’ business models, processes and organization, identifying improvement opportunities and developing recommendations for improvement
• Lead the preparation, planning, and governance of business projects, including proposal development, project setup, and steering committee communication
• Foster a high-performance team culture, motivating team members and supporting continuous skill development through mentoring and structured feedback

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Professional Experience requirements:

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or Information Technology or other relevant fields

• 3 - 5 years of experience in management consulting or banking advisory, with a strong focus on banking or financial services
• Proven experience leading complex transformation or change initiatives, ideally involving operating model design, process improvement, and system implementation
• Demonstrated responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, including client interaction and post-implementation phasers
• Prior experience in people leadership or mentoring roles with project or consulting environments

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong business and process understanding of banking operations and products
• Ability to translate strategic and business requirements into implementable solutions, bridging business and IT perspectives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client management
• Solid project management capabilities, including risk management, quality assurance and delivery governance
• Analytical, structures, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client value
• Fluency in English, German is a big plus
