We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth in two of Slovakia's most important industrial sectors: Automotive and Machinery.

This is not a pure account management role. Building on an established customer base, you will identify new opportunities, challenge existing market assumptions, and actively contribute to the future development of our business in Slovakia. You will work closely with colleagues, product experts, and production sites across Europe to ensure the best possible support for both local and international customers.

A structured handover from the current role holder will provide a solid foundation for your success.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Your Profile

»         Experience in industrial B2B sales, ideally within steel, metal processing or related industries.

»         Confident and customer-oriented personality with a passion for developing business.

»         Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

»         Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) within Slovakia and occasionally to Austria.

»         Technical or commercial education - university degree is an advantage.

»         MS Office skills - CRM and SAP experience are a plus.

»         Valid driving licence (Category B).

Language skills

»         Slovak: fluent, both spoken and written.

»         English: fluent in both spoken and written.

»         German: a basic knowledge would be an advantage.
