Operations Director

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Oversee and drive operational performance across a multi-site retail network, emphasizing commercial results, inventory management, labor efficiency, stock quality, and the optimization of working capital to ensure sustainable growth and profitability

• Review comprehensive business performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions that enhance operational effectiveness

• Develop and execute operational, productivity, and customer-centric improvement initiatives throughout the retail organization to elevate service standards and operational excellence

• Contribute strategically to target-setting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and supporting the achievement of key performance indicators across all assigned locations

• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of promotional activities, special campaigns, and product presentation projects, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in market execution

• Serve as the principal liaison between field operations and central support functions, facilitating seamless communication and fostering collaboration to meet organizational goals

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional operational managers, providing direction and support to manage multiple retail locations effectively

• Provide operational guidance and support to field teams and commercial functions, ensuring adherence to best practices and corporate standards

• Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and corporate standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization

• Additional responsibilities may include managing budgetary controls, conducting risk assessments, implementing health and safety protocols, and driving digital transformation initiatives within operations.

• Typical day: Begin with a thorough review of daily performance reports and key metrics, followed by strategic meetings with regional managers to address challenges and progress on improvement projects
