Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist (Male/Female)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring reliable supply, driving procurement excellence, and supporting the sales and logistics of strategic materials across our business.

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

✅Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including: Raw Materials, Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics Services

✅Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management activities.

✅Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to procurement savings initiatives.

✅Manage supplier onboarding processes followed by framework agreements and purchase orders.

✅Coordinate material supply requirements in line with production needs.

✅Monitor supplier performance and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.

✅Support sourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.

2.Supply Chain & Logistics Management

✅Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted operations.

✅Support planning and optimization of inbound logistics flows.

✅Collaborate with internal logistics teams and external partners to identify transportation synergies and cost-saving opportunities.

✅Manage and optimize railway transport flows and wagon fleet utilization.

✅Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve supply issues.

3.Sales & Commercial Support

✅Support the commercial management and sales process of assigned by-products.

✅Participate in sales planning activities (annual, monthly, weekly and daily).

✅Coordinate customer orders and dispatch activities.

✅Manage contracting process and sales related documentation.

✅Contribute to market intelligence and competitive analysis.

4.Market Intelligence & Business Improvement

✅Analyze market trends, supplier developments, and competitive activity.

✅Identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and process improvements.

✅Provide insights that support strategic sourcing and business decisions.

✅Prepare purchasing analyses, management reports and regular forecast updated of internal databases.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

➡️University degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

➡️Minimum 3 years of experience (Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain Management)

➡️Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

➡️Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

➡️Understanding of procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes.

➡️Experience with sourcing strategies and contract management.

➡️Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
