Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support to production operations, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. The Senior HR Generalist will play a critical role in driving initiatives across recruitment and employer branding, employee and labor relations and HR operations, contributing to a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and diversity goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and effective hiring process.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
- Partner with local schools and universities to attract emerging talent and coordinate dual education programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and school engagement initiatives.
Employee & Labor Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive engagement and communication.
- Manage labor union relationships, including contract interpretation, grievance handling, and participation in negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, including personnel actions such as hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and corporate HR policies and regulations.
- Lead or support HR audits and compliance initiatives.
Performance Management & Compensation
- Support performance review processes, including documentation, calibration, and coaching.
- Assist in compensation planning, including wage benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and salary structure development.
Culture, Engagement & Development
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including follow-up on engagement survey results and community involvement programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or participate in HR projects that support strategic business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and labor union interactions is essential.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
