UX / Product Designer

We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven UX / Product Designer to join our growing team!

If you’re passionate about crafting intuitive digital experiences, love solving complex problems through design, and want to make an impact in the cybersecurity space, this role is for you.

You’ll become a key player in shaping our product’s future — transforming ideas into meaningful user experiences and scalable design systems.

What you will do

- Take ownership of the entire design process — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff;

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Developers, and Marketing Team to create seamless, user-centered and business-driven solutions;

- Continuously improve and evolve the product’s UX and UI based on feedback and user insights;

- Partner with front-end developers during QA to make sure every design detail looks and works as intended;

- Ensure an excellent customer experience by delivering consistent, accessible, and visually polished design solutions.

What we expect

- Good spoken and written English (B2 level or higher);

- Good spoken and written Slovak (B2 level or higher);

- 3+ years of commercial design experience with UX/UI or Product design;

- Strong skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping, responsive layouts);

- Basic knowledge of Framer (we have three websites built on it);

- Working knowledge of Illustrator or InDesign;

- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, design best practices, and familiarity with design systems such as Material UI;

- Ability to create clear, developer-friendly handoffs with proper specifications and component documentation;

- Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS and at least one framework or library, e.g., React);

- A proactive mindset — you love sharing ideas, exploring possibilities, and finding better ways to do things;

- A user-centric approach — you continuously look for insights to improve UX, build and validate hypotheses before implementation;

- A systematic, feedback-oriented approach to product design, openness to change, improvement, and collaboration.
