Sales Operations Associate*

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

You work closely with Sales, Delivery and our customers, helping turn opportunities into successful projects:

• Create and manage proposals, contracts and other documents throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate approvals, contract workflows and signature processes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support order intake activities and maintain sales-related information across our systems.
• Ensure that the right information, documents and approvals are in place at every stage of the sales process.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Completed degree (Business Administration) or a related field.
• Initial experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support or a similar environment.
• Confident use of MS Office , ideally first experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple topics moving simultaneously.
• Very good German and English skills (B2) .
