About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant (FP&A) to join our finance team in Slovakia. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities while ensuring accurate accounting and payroll processes across multiple companies. You will work closely with the finance team to deliver reliable financial information and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Perform payroll accounting and ensure accurate payroll-related postings.

• Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple companies.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.

• Ensure compliance with Slovak accounting and tax regulations.

• Work with KROS accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and financial processes.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in accounting, payroll accounting, or FP&A.

• Knowledge of Slovak accounting standards and payroll processes.

• Experience working with KROS accounting software is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Slovakian, English and German language skills (written and spoken) are required.
