Logistics Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Operational leadership

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound flows.

• Monitor warehouse capacity and workforce planning.

• Track key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, delivery schedules, reporting).

• Support end-of-month closing processes and resolve operational issues.

Stock and inventory control

• Supervise handling of new product items, customs/HS code compliance, and documentation.

• Manage returns, damaged stock, scrap control, and repackaging processes.

• Monitor in-transit delays and long-term pending inventory.

• Ensure accuracy of product tracking and system records.

Warehouse management

• Conduct audits in high-value zones and ensure compliance with standards.

• Reduce idle times and improve utilization of resources.

• Manage consumables (pallets, packaging materials, protective equipment).

Process improvement & projects

• Drive initiatives in automation, digitalization, and process optimization.

• Cooperate closely with product refurbishment teams and logistics service providers.

• Manage incident reporting, corrective actions, and system integration (SAP/WMS).

• Collaborate cross-functionally to secure support for continuous improvement projects.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

1. Relevant experience in logistics operations or supply chain management.

2. University degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (advantage).

3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management abilities.

5. Fluent English language skills.

6. Advanced MS Excel and solid MS Office knowledge; SAP experience is a plus.

7. Driving license (B category).
