Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 4+ years of hands-on professional experience in enterprise Java and Spring (Boot, Framework, Data, Security) microservice development.
• Familiar with the following technologies and tools: Git, Maven, Atlassian, OpenAPI, Apache Kafka.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Experience with technical leadership of 2 or more developers.
• Common data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Understanding of Design patterns and/or Architectural Blueprints.
• Experience in the digital industry (ideally banking, insurance, financial services or management consulting).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Frontend skills e.g. Angular or React.
• German language.
