SAP Printing & User Interface Support

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​Role Overview: Supports SAP GUI, Microfocus, and Marketplace-related printing issues, working across VMs and Winshuttle interfaces.

​

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve SAP printing issues.
• Assist with SAPGui and VM user issues.

​Skills & Experience:
​• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
​• Relevant experience, typically 3+ years of relevant work experience with SAP printing incidents and changes
​• Knowledge of Microfocus, Winshuttle and SAP printing
​• 5+ years of relevant experience
​
​Soft Skills:
​• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
​• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams
​• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams
​• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.​
