Order management assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- Enter and manage customer orders, serving mainly internal customers.

- Monitor and process delivery delays and backorders.

- Handle customer complaints in close cooperation with the Quality Assurance department.

- Maintain and update master data records.

- Create and manage goods recipient data.

- Support and actively participate in the SAP rollout.

- Communicate effectively with internal interfaces (e.g. production planning, manufacturing) as well as international entities.

- Coordinate and oversee the complete order processing workflow from order receipt to delivery.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- 2 years of experience in order processing and coordination

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Experience working with SAP

- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- High level of flexibility and resilience
