O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

  • Develop and coordinate the overall branding and marketing strategy across all SAG entities, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity .
  • Design, plan and implement customer journeys in MS Dynamics 365 Marketing, aligned with the targets and customer segments of each entity.
  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity across all markets and channels, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with local teams to define communication flows, campaigns, and lead management processes.
  • Analyze CRM and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure the integration between marketing and sales processes within MS Dynamics to enable transparency and efficiency across the funnel.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for top management.
  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in trade fairs and exhibitions. This includes creating the booth concept, organizing materials and logistics, coordinating with suppliers and event organizers, preparing promotional items, and ensuring the stand reflects the company’s brand and products.
  • Provide customer service to selected clients (approx. 20% of the workload), such as supporting client inquiries, monitoring satisfaction levels, and ensuring communication between customers, sales, and marketing teams.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+  years of experience in marketing strategy, digital campaign or data-driven optimization — preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (or similar marketing automation platforms) as an advantage 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and CRM data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports (KPIs, dashboards, etc.)
  • Familiar withbranding principles, visual identity guidelines, and multi-channel campaign coordination
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across different entities
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and measurable impact
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
