EMEA Senior Commercial Pricing Strategist

The Senior Commercial Pricing Strategist will shape and drive ISG pricing strategy for EMEA by evaluating performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending adjustments that align pricing with business and financial objectives. This role will lead the development and management of pricing frameworks balancing growth, margin optimization, and effective market positioning. Serving as a key strategic partner to finance and regional leaders, the senior strategist evaluates pricing performance and makes data-informed recommendations that guide pricing adjustments and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of pricing frameworks to ensure consistent price setting aligned with strategic and financial objectives across products and markets.
- Analyze pricing performance across products, segments, geographies, and deal sizes to assess effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and guide pricing actions.
- Recommend targeted pricing adjustments based on financial analysis, market dynamics, price elasticity, demand trends, and strategic priorities.
- Evaluate win rates, discounting behavior, and margin performance to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop and communicate data-driven pricing recommendations to improve pricing consistency, optimize margins, and strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to validate recommendations and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Oversee high-velocity, channel, and inventory-support pricing mechanisms to reflect market conditions and support sell‑through performance.
- Drive ongoing governance through quarterly pricing reviews, senior‑stakeholder communication, and tracking the impact of implemented pricing actions to inform future strategy.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from a Tier 1 business school strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, or Channel leadership, with at least 6 years in pricing leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in executive-level engagement with CFOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team building and leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent and scaling organizations.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; highly detail-oriented and data-driven.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Qlik).
- Excellent interpersonal, executive communication, and influencing skills
- Expertise of server and storage technologies preferred
