We're looking for a Business Process & Automation Team Lead to lead a dynamic team in shaping the future of our enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on ServiceNow, automation technologies, and AI integration.

What You'll Do

*Lead agile development teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals. *Oversee the lifecycle of critical applications, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
*Drive automation initiatives using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
*Configure and optimise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, custom workflows). *Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes. *Champion continuous improvement, technical excellence, and inclusive team culture. What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in enterprise application platforms and automation.
*Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration.
*Strong leadership and communication skills in agile environments.
*Understanding of IT governance and compliance in regulated sectors.
*Certifications in ServiceNow, UiPath, or equivalent are highly desirable.
