Supply Chain Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Due to the new projects and volume growth we are currently strengthening our teams, including supply chain team. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize processes within our factory. This is a new role in our local organization.

Responsibilities

• Organization and continuous optimization of daily supply chain activities, including the following areas: logistics, planning, purchasing ,
• Responsible for meeting customer demand; planning process in coordination with planning, production and customer care,
• Practical experience in ERP system implementation,
• Liaison with suppliers and ongoing review of existing contracts,
• Optimization of logistics processes: deliveries, inventory , supplies and material flows,
• Lead, coach, develop and motivate an engaged & effective team ,
• Manage the inventory process, ensuring the stock is controlled and all ins/outs are accurately recorded and controlled according to the existing procedures,
• Enable effective supply planning based on sales forecast ,
• Lead by giving an example, acting as a role model, motivating and inspiring others.
