Financial Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Financial Controller, you will play an important role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to effective financial planning and control.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and analyze bank statements and banking transactions

• Upload and maintain banking data in internal systems

• Monitor and control cash flow movements

• Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts

• Perform budget control and variance analysis (plan vs. actual)

• Prepare regular financial reports and analytical summaries

• Support financial planning and reporting activities

• Work with large volumes of financial data while ensuring accuracy and consistency

During the probation period, you will

• Process primary financial documentation and enter data into the 1C system

• Monitor internal document approval workflows

• Communicate with and support stakeholders involved in approval processes

• Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding invoices and payments

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we are looking for:

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, accounting, banking, or financial analysis

• Experience working with 1C software is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills and strong computer literacy

• Ability to work with large datasets and financial information

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage routine tasks while maintaining a high level of quality

• Language Requirements: proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian, Intermediate level of English, knowledge of Slovak is a plus and will be considered an advantage
