O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​We are looking for a Business Acquisition Manager – Warehousing & Logistics with a proven track record in client acquisition and a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics, capable of offering comprehensive solutions – from efficient storage of goods to transportation.​


​Key Responsibilities:

- Actively identify and acquire new clients in the warehouse logistics sector across the Slovak Republic,

- Identify business opportunities, map the competition, monitor industry trends and propose strategies for entering market segments,

- Assess client needs and offer comprehensive warehouse and logistics solutions, including warehouse management and transportation,

- Provide expert advice on optimal space utilization, warehouse capacity, goods handling, pallet storage and the safety of warehouse operations,

- Collaborate in preparing cost estimates and quotations that take into account warehouse and logistical capabilities,​

- Conduct client meetings and presentations, build trust and develop long-term partnerships,

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically and operationally feasible,

- Maintain and nurture client contacts, ensuring ongoing engagement and relationship development,

- Provide regular reports to company management on acquisition activities and results.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and client acquisition in a B2B environment,

- Practical experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, including pallet handling, storage optimization and warehouse capacity management,

- Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals effectively,

- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships,

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convincingly present solutions and proposals,

- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and develop strategies,

- Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to manage client portfolios independently,

- Communicative English (both spoken and written).
