#Who are we looking for?#
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional with a strong technical background in plastics and the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who can effectively connect customer needs with R&D capabilities while managing complex development projects in an international environment.
You are a team player with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation.

#What will you do?#
*Act as the main interface between customers and R&D, building strong partnerships with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers
*Identify new business opportunities, applications, and areas for portfolio growth
*Coordinate development projects, track progress, and support issue resolution in cooperation with R&D
*Translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
*Support testing processes and present results to customers
*Represent the company at industry events and technical discussions
*Ensure smooth transition of development projects into production phase

#What do we expect?#
*University or college degree, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Plastics Engineering
*Minimum 7–8 years of experience in the automotive industry (e.g. product development, process engineering, mould design, quality, procurement, or project management)
*Advanced knowledge in plastic compounding and/or injection moulding
*Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
*Good command of MS Office tools
*Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional alignment
*Driving license (Category B)
*Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
