The salary consists of a basic wage from 1580 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation. After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)

Your Tasks
- manage HR agenda for your assigned business area
- support managers in motivating and developing their teams
- collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
- identify and develop talent within the organization
- provide guidance on labor law and HR strategy
- prepare reports and deliver HR-related training for managers
- recruiting activities within assigned business area
- data analysis and overviews
- necessary admin tasks related to employment
Your Profile
- proven experience in HR (preferably in a similar role)
- knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- ability to build partnerships with managers and employees
- English on advanced level
This position is replacement for maternity leave.
