Reports to

R&D Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, simulate, and validate analog/digital circuits for high-performance 3D sensing hardware (e.g. signal acquisition, power management);
  • Develop multi-layer PCB layouts (including impedance-controlled and high-speed designs) using Altium Designer;
  • Work hands-on with prototypes: bring-up, debugging, signal integrity testing, and system validation using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.);
  • Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration;
  • Participate in the development and refinement of internal production tools (e.g. test jigs, electro-mechanical production tools);
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. EMC, CE marking) and contribute to product certification processes;
  • Maintain clear and thorough design documentation, schematics, BOMs, and revision tracking;
  • Help define and enforce PCB design guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Hands-on experience designing analog and digital circuits, including power supplies, ADC/DAC interfaces, and microcontroller integration;
  • Solid knowledge of high-speed PCB layout, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC considerations;
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer (or equivalent PCB CAD tools) for schematic capture and layout;
  • Experience with lab debugging tools (e.g. oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, power supplies);
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to work independently while collaborating across disciplines;
  • Passion for hardware engineering and willingness to push the limits of 3D technology.
  • Experience with electronics simulation tools(eg. PSpice, LTSpice)
  • English (B1-B2 level minimum)

Bonus (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with optical or imaging hardware (e.g. camera sensors, laser drivers, illumination circuits);
  • Knowledge of FPGA interfacing, USB, Ethernet, PCIe or MIPI CSI buses;
  • Background in robotics, automation, or machine vision applications;
  • Familiarity with compliance testing (EMC, ESD, CE) and product certification workflows.
  • Experience with designing and programming various embedded systems
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFT practices and working with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses;

What we offer:

  • The chance to work on industry-leading 3D sensor technologies used in automation, logistics, and robotics;
  • A collaborative and innovation-driven culture;
  • Opportunities to grow your skills across hardware, firmware, and system-level design;
