We're currently hiring a Technical Project Manager to support the preparation and execution of capital expenditure (Capex) projects across our European production sites. This is an excellent entry point into international technical operations and industrial project management.

​The Technical Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of capital investment (Capex) projects across multiple adapa production sites. The role focuses on ensuring technical readiness, maintaining structured documentation, and supporting maintenance- and equipment-related improvements at plant level.​

Key Responsibilities

• Support in preparing Capex projects and investment planning for the following year
• Assist with project coordination and execution at adapa sites
• Help manage Capex approval workflows and documentation
• Prepare and review technical specifications in alignment with project needs
• Request supplier quotations, evaluate offers, and perform comparison analysis
• Provide technical on-site support during installations, audits, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with local teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues
• Conduct or support maintenance audits to ensure equipment readiness and compliance
• Support the implementation and onboarding of maintenance software at site level

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What You Bring

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2 years of experience in a technical, production, or project support role (internships, trainee programs, or junior project roles welcome)
• Basic knowledge of production machinery, industrial processes, and technical specifications
• Basic understanding of Capex processes, timelines and technical documentation

• Some experience with CAD tools (e.g., GstarCAD, AutoCAD or similar) to prepare, interpret, and modify technical drawings and equipment layouts

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured working methods
• Sound communication and teamwork skills – able to collaborate across engineering, procurement, and plant teams
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take responsibility and learn
• Willingness to travel
