We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our teams in the areas of Employee Experience and Brand & Corporate Design Management. In this combined role, you will contribute to employee lifecycle survey projects, create reports and dashboards from employee data, and support brand, communication, event, and team coordination activities. Working closely with colleagues across multiple functions, you will gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, project coordination, and operational support within an international environment.

This is a temporary internship running until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience

- Assist in the setup, testing, and administration of employee surveys using Qualtrics.
- Prepare, validate, and analyze survey data in Excel.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Help translate employee feedback into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Contribute to employee listening and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative activities.

Brand & Corporate Design Management

- Help plan, organize, and execute internal and external events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the International Brand & Corporate Design Management team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and communication materials.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing and communication materials, including ordering processes.
- Maintain internal communication and brand platforms (e.g., Brandsite and Brand & Comms commUNIty).
- Assist with brand protection activities, particularly domain management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to day-to-day team operations.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in employee experience, surveys, data analysis, reporting, and brand management.
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive team player who enjoys working with both data and people.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with Qualtrics, Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
