What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above, on-site management experience is necessary.
• 5+ years of management in highly automated OEMs or suppliers, body in white experience is a plus.
• Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
• 5S, Standardization Work, Andon Management practical experience
• Real Time Management of high pace high automation production environment
• Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset and methods
• Leadership experience
• Coaching ability
• Performance Management (maximizing engagement, motivation and productivity)
• Good level of English & Slovak listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation

 

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.900 EUR. 

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. 
Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
