Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Act as the primary contact for a designated portfolio of international clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of their inquiries, policy servicing needs, and claims-related concerns.
• Oversee the daily delivery of insurance services across borders, guaranteeing clients receive expert advisory support on coverage options, renewals, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with Aon colleagues in multiple countries to streamline multinational program coordination and enhance client satisfaction through seamless service integration.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities by aligning client needs with complementary insurance products and risk solutions, contributing to business growth.
• Engage with a broad network of insurers to negotiate terms, understand product offerings, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns by contributing insurance expertise to cross-functional business projects.
• Play an active role in the international insurance department based in Slovakia, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

• On a typical day, manage client communications, coordinate with teams to ensure the service excellence.
