Are you familiar with production environment, enjoying solving daily operation issues and are capable of managing pressure of automotive industry and ad-hoc querries? If so, we would like to hear from you. 

What we can offer is full responsibility for production as  Production Manager, with the following agenda;

• Responsibility and Accountability for running production operation in order to produce quality and volumes based on customer orders and operation capacity. 
• Responsibility for production planning based on capacites, respecting customer deadlines. 
• Launch of new projects. 
• Monitoring production effectivity, team performance and other indicators. 
• Managing technological changes on production lines and their optimisation. 
• Managing, motivating, educating and supporting production team. 
• Keeping lean principles and motivating to Kaizen activities.
• Full participation during ISO and IATF audits.
• Monitoring and improving Productivity and OEE. 
• any other ad-hoc querries ....

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• we require professional experience and skills in the role of Production manager in automotive field (ideally assembly)
• excellent communication skills in Slovak & English 
• strong analytical skills and technical thinking
• very good level of understanding the industry regulations & standards
• supportive of own team but also other teams in the company
  
• even though it is a managerial position, the candidate must be able to execute and  perform admin job tasks 
• resilient to daily operation queries, issues, demands
