O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Processing of all company´s International Services related activities according to contractual and legal
compliant terms
• Supplier Management for Card Business suppliers and partners.
• User Acceptance Tests for all Cards System/Card terminal changes
• Maintain and update documentation relevant and applicable activities for company International
Services
• Permanent business reconciliation of company´s Card Business with company´s International Services
and other linked system participants
• Execute regular and on request International Clearing Center related reports needed company´s
internally and externally
• Support internal and external audit preparation and executions for company´s International Services.
• Execute daily, monthly, quarterly International Clearing Center processes according to defined
schedules.
• Business validation of incoming and outgoing invoices of company´s International Services
• 2nd level support for all Card System and bank card related issues
• User Acceptance Tests for all Cards System/Card terminal changes
• Support resolution for card incidents and mass updates
• Business expert role in all Card projects / 1st level support for Card initiatives in Bratislava/Bucharest
• Operations related to Routex collaboration/ investigations
• Supporting Card Systems release calendar
• Support of Year End Closing activities for Card Business
• Transaction settlement and clearing with Routex partners / company´s affiliates
• Vendor management for fiscal representative across Europe in close cooperation with corporate tax
• Process input / Output VAT and its documentation and clearing with tax authorities and VAT agents

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University Education min - Economics, Business IT
• Professional experience min. 3-5 years
• Experience in Card Business
• Technical understanding of IT systems and processes
• Fluent in Slovak & English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy : MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to analyze and manage processes for efficient operations.
• Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to cooperate in matrix corporate environment.
• Driving license – willinges to travel (ad-hoc)
• Other CEE language e.g Hungarian or German is advantage
