O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Customer Logistics team in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, drives process excellence, and can manage customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Logistics Specialists to ensure high performance and engagement.

  • Serve as the escalation point for customer-related issues and crisis situations, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.

  • Manage end-to-end customer logistics processes, ensuring delivery reliability and compliance with automotive standards.

  • Maintain and optimize processes in SAP and other logistics systems to ensure accurate data and reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and other internal departments to align logistics operations with business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of operational excellence within the team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Proven experience in customer logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Hands-on problem solver, comfortable handling critical customer escalations.

  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
