Customer support & risk screening - relevant for students

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- Ongoing support and resolution of customer issues
- Analysis of transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity
- Verification of documents submitted by customers

Flexible working hours available between 7 AM and 2 AM.

Working remotely 100% of the time is not possible; you must be able to work from our office in Bratislava at least from time to time.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Attention to detail and ability to recognize repetitive patterns.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to establish connections with others.
• Interest in technological innovations and cryptocurrencies.
• Proficient in written English at a minimum B2 level - a must.
• Availability during flexible hours and on weekends (our department operates 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 2 AM).
