Technical / Project Auditor

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Perform audits covering engineering, design, construction, commissioning and quality management activities on large-scale EPC projects

• Review design gate reviews, handling of engineering changes, interface coordination between disciplines, document control and adherence to applicable standards

• Examine construction governance, contractor performance, quality control mechanisms, mechanical completion and readiness for commissioning

• Detect and evaluate technical risks — design deficiencies, gaps in scope, rework, schedule slippage, quality failures — and verify that mitigation measures actually work

• Contribute to continuous improvement: better engineering efficiency, cross-functional cooperation, execution controls and risk management practice

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Engineering degree combined with min. 5 years spent in engineering, construction, commissioning or site execution on major industrial projects

• Strong understanding of plant design, construction and commissioning workflows, technical documentation and quality management systems (ISO 9001)

• Capability to spot technical risks, express them in terms of business impact, and apply audit or risk management methodology

• Strong communication, stakeholder handling, analytical and negotiation skills, including the confidence to challenge senior management

• Fluent English, high personal integrity, self-reliant working style, international outlook and readiness to travel
